Biography
Sarah Delaney (1986), was raised in the town of Kenora, in Northwestern Ontario, on Treaty 3 territory. She moved to the west coast of Canada to pursue her art career in 2004. She currently resides on the unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, known as Vancouver, BC.
Sarah holds a BFA in Visual Art from the University of Victoria and a DID from Vancouver College of Art and Design. She has participated in juried artist residencies, such as PADA in Barreiro, Portugal, Duplex AIR in Lisbon, Portugal, AADK in Blanca, Spain, and Arquetopia Foundation outside of Oaxaca, Mexico.
Her work has been exhibited internationally, notably the Toronto Art Fair, and the NYC Art on Paper Fair. She has painted murals for companies and art fairs across North America.
Select clients include: RVCA, Squarespace, Aritzia, Parachute Home, Salty Donut, Cressey Development, WesGroup Properties, Panatach Group, Hudson Pacific Properties, Barbara Restaurant, Rize Alliance, and Anthem Properties.
